Analog Gamers Gaming From a Slightly Different Perspective

With the new site comes new features right? Well Verbal Components – the Analog Gamers podcast goes live today.

A resurrection of the File-N-Forget podcast from Filefront’s now extinct Gaming Today news website and an integration of content previously covered there in “The Analog Gamer” gaming column merge here on Analog Gamers. This episode, Ron Whitaker, Shawn Sines and the lovely and insigtful Eva Sines discuss launching the new podcast as well as give impressions of the D&D Character Builder, Dungeons & Dragons 4E, the evolution and influence of D&D and tabletop RPGs on MMO design and the influence of MMO design on D&D 4E as well as lamenting the problems of being old gamers.

There is not currently an RSS feed set up yet for the show and unfortunately for a first attempt with mixed technology the sound is not quite where we want it but we hope you’ll listen and comment on the 40 minute inaugural episode anyway;)

We promise next episode will sound better.. honest!
